Procedure for Exchange
To exchange a purchased item(s), kindly send us an email at luxewaisted@gmail.com with the order number. After confirmation, you can then send the item. You can ship the item(s) to

You have 30 days starting from the day you receive the item(s) to return/exchange the item(s). We are not responsible for lost packages during the returns process so please keep your tracking number.
Once we receive your exchange and process it, you will receive an email which will include the amount in which you paid for the item as store credit to repurchase the new item and size you need. You can exchange your item by repurchasing any available items using the store credit we issued you on our site.
Product Conditions• Items must be unworn, unwashed, no hair or pet dander and have original tags attached it must be returned in their original packaging.• All returns must include an order packing slip or your return may experience issues in processing.
Incorrect ItemsIf you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at luxewaisted@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
Final SaleCertain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
You can choose to exchange purchased items up to 30 days after receiving the item after which you cannot return the item anymore.
You are responsible for all the shipping costs associated with returning an item. However, in the event that the item arrived defective or damaged, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
We only offer store credit for returned/exchanged products. We do not offer refunds.
