Shipping policy

Luxewaisted uses USPS as the standard shipping carrier. We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico only. We do not ship to diplomatic or military locations for now. Below are the shipping method options and costs. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

We offer 3 to 5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the orders may experience delays.
All orders before 3 PM PT are processed and shipped on the same business day (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). However, all orders made after 3 PM PT are processed and shipped on the next business day depending on the availability of the product. Due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Disclaimer
If a package containing your ordered item is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS within the next 14 days of the date the ordered item was sent to recover lost or stolen items. We bear no responsibility for packaged lost or damaged in transit.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believed to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Luxewaisted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are presently not able to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We suggest placing a separate order for each address when shipping to multiple addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
We have a number of shipping restrictions listed below:
International
Luxewaisted does not ship to international addresses or diplomatic or military locations.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If the order is placed after the cut-off time (3 PM ET), it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Title to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our exchange policy, available here.
Exchanges
Once we receive your exchange and process it you will receive an email which will include your store credit to repurchase the new item and size you need.
You can exchange your item by repurchasing any available items using the store credit we issued you on our site.
Return Shipping
We do not offer free shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a return and exchanges.
Product Conditions
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice and an exchange card
If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
Damaged Items
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact via email luxewaisted@gmail.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.
Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at luxewaisted@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
Final Sale
Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
Refunds
Please note : We only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds
