Luxe Waisted Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxe Waisted, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, please review our updated policy below:


Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

  • To start a return or exchange, please email us at luxewaisted@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once confirmed, you may send your item(s) to:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages, so please keep your tracking number.


Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, hair, deodorant, perfume, or pet dander

  • Tags must be attached and item must be in its original packaging

  • Return must include your packing slip

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos sent to luxewaisted@gmail.com.

    • Incorrect items must also be reported within 7 days with photos clearly showing the issue.

    • If approved, Luxe Waisted will cover the return shipping costs.


    Exchanges

    • Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase amount.

    • Store credit can be used to repurchase the correct size or any other item available on our site.


    Final Sale Items

    • Sale items, gift cards, promotional items, and one-time products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


    Important Notes

    • Items sent back without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.

    • All approved returns/exchanges will receive store credit only (no refunds).

    • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your item for your return to be processed.
